Our commitment

zodiacsfate.com will sometimes get things wrong. When that happens we fix it promptly and openly, because quietly rewriting mistakes erodes trust.

How to report an error

Email contact@zodiacsfate.com with the address of the page and the specific text you believe is incorrect. If a calculator is involved, include the instrument, the date, time and place you entered, and the result shown.

What happens next

We confirm we have received your report, check the claim against reliable sources and update the page if it is wrong. If we conclude the content is accurate, we will explain why — often a disagreement turns out to reflect different astrological schools rather than an error.

How corrections are shown

Small fixes such as typos, broken links or awkward wording are corrected without a note.

Significant corrections — a wrong date, figure or description of tradition that could have changed a reader’s understanding — are fixed and accompanied by a dated note on the page explaining what changed. These notes are permanent.

Calculator errors are our top priority. We correct the code, test it against reference data and note the fix on the relevant page.

Timing

Confirmed factual errors are usually corrected within a few working days. Calculation problems are addressed first.

Integrity

We never delete a correction note to tidy a page, and we never change content because an advertiser or other commercial party asks us to.
